What:
Member Email Address changes are self-service in the Portal, via the My Account menu.

Why:
- Manual email address changes in Keap/Infusionsoft do not automatically flow through our integrated systems.
- Active members have access to Portal Account Settings page and should make the change themselves.

Important Procedural Change:
(Direct them to the Portal My Account page, and remind them to read the Important Notes on the right side of the screen.)
Member Email Change Instructions:
Members requesting an email change should:
- Log into the Portal (www.LifestylesPortal.com)
- Click My Account
- Update their Email address
- Enter their Existing Password
- Click Update
- They will be logged out of the Portal, and their Portal credentials will update immediately.
- Their Vendor credentials will be synced within 2 hours; if they need to access the Vendor site before their credentials sync, they can still use their previous credentials.
