Problem:

The invoice button disappears when you press save after changing the price on a newly added subscription. Once the invoice button disappears the order can no longer be invoiced.  

 

Scenario: 

Let's say you have a new PIG sale and it's for 13,000 because they paid $7000 on the Challenge membership.

 

Temporary Solution:

  1. After selecting the membership on the internal form, go to the Orders tab. 
  2. Once the subscription has populated, click on the subscription link under the View column. 
  3. Immediately invoice the subscription. DO NOT make any changes until it has been invoiced. 
  4. Once invoiced the invoice link will appear and it is now safe to scroll up and change the price and date if needed. 
  5. Before clicking on the invoice link, you will first need to click on the description link to open and edit the order. 
  6. In the order page you will see a link under Order Items, click it to open order for editing. Here you adjust the price and save. 
  7. Now you can add the payment.

I am waiting to hear back from IS on a resolution time frame. They were not aware of this issue's existence and are investigating. Please send any messed-up orders to the Helpdesk to be deleted. Let me know if you have any questions.
