If you have Adobe Pro you can follow the steps at this link. Save Outlook folders as PDFs
If you do not have Adobe Pro then you have to follow the steps below.
- Click and open the folder you want to save
- Click and highlight any one of the emails in the folder
- Then select all of the emails in that folder by (CTRL + A) - Press the CTRL and A button at the same time.
- Click the File tab at the top, it is next to the Home tab
- Click Print
- Change the selected printer to (Microsoft Print to PDF) and click print
- A file window will appear - name the file and click save.
