Experiencing RingCentral meeting time limit issues?
- If you still have the RingCentral Meetings app installed on your computer/phone/tablet, uninstall it. You should have only the RingCentral app installed. Both the RingCentral Phone and RingCentral Meetings mobile and desktop apps are retired and no longer supported.
- Confirm you are logged into the RingCentral app with your @luinc.com account.
- If you have a longstanding recurring meeting that was originally scheduled via RingCentral Meetings, delete it, and reschedule via the RingCentral app.
- Confirm the following setting in the RingCentral app:
Settings, Video, Video service should be “RingCentral Video”:
- For meetings comprised solely of LU/LRI team members, consider using Microsoft Teams instead.
