The Portal controls the Vendor site credentials. 

  • If you reset the password on the Portal, it will take up to 2 hours to update on the Vendor site.


I apologize for the trouble you're having with the  Vendor site. To help keep your credentials safe, we do not send out passwords. I tested your access again and was able to access your account without any issues. Since you are having trouble logging in, I would request that you do a password reset from the Portal. The reset will be applied immediately on the Portal but will take up to 2 hours to apply on the Vendor site. I will send you the password reset email to help get you started.


If you would like to try logging into the Vendor site again before resetting your password, I would recommend that you check caps lock do not use auto-filled passwords.
